Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Order will begin shipping the second week of April, weather dependent. If your area is still regularly getting temperatures below freezing, I will hold it until May. For local pickup, an email will be sent in April with two dates to choose from for pickup. If neither of those dates works for you, we will work together to find a day that does.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sadly, we can only offer shipping within the US.
What is your return policy?
All tubers will be sent viable and with visible eyes. If you have a problem with your order, we will accept returns or refunds on a case by case basis within 7 days of you receiving your tuber. Tubers are also guaranteed to bloom true to variety. If your tuber blooms and is not what you ordered, please email me with pictures so we can correctly identify it and I will either replace your tuber with the correct variety next season, or offer you a refund.
We hold ourselves to a high standard of virus control and protection. Any plant that is suspicious is immediately culled, and all tools are sanitized in between plants during the growing season as well as when dividing tubers. Unfortunately virus does happen and can be spread from anywhere, so because of this, we do not offer refunds for plants that start to show signs of a virus during your growing season.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling is $15 per order, no matter how many tubers you order. Shipping will be priority mail via USPS.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes! For those who would like to place multiple orders, you can combine shipping by entering the code DAHLIAS2024 at checkout. If this code is abused and is used to try and get free shipping without placing an original order, your order will immediately be canceled.
